Primary renter must be 25+. Government-issued ID may be requested. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

Occupancy Limit
Maximum 14 registered guests. Extra daytime visitors require approval. No parties or unauthorized gatherings.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee. Service animals are welcome with advance notice.

No Smoking
No smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors. Violations may result in a $1,000 fee. Smoke detection is active.

Pool Safety
No lifeguard on duty. Children must always be supervised. No glassware near the pool or hot tub.

Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. Access codes are shared after signing.

Security Cameras
Outdoor cameras monitor the garage entrance only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or backyard.

Weather Policy
Refunds are issued only for mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is recommended during hurricane season June–November.
