BEDROOMS

There are three bedrooms in the house with enough beds to sleep up to 10 guests. The first bedroom offers two memory foam queen beds, a large walk-in closet, full length mirror, dedicated workspace, and 55” smart tv. It also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and is stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & other bathroom essentials. The second bedroom boasts a large memory foam King bed and a 55” smart tv. The third bedroom has 2 bunks beds (4 beds total) and plenty of games for family game night! Bedrooms two and three are adjacent to the second bathroom which has an airy, tropical feel and includes bathroom essentials.

PATIO / BACKYARD

Once you walk through the home and enter the private / fenced backyard, you are transferred to a tropical paradise! The large screened in patio offers a pool / ping pong table, wet bar, seating area, and a large 65’ tv perfect for watching your favorite team on gamedays! If that’s not enough, there are endless activities in the backyard. Just outside the patio door is a newly installed turf area perfect for cornhole or lawn games. From there, take your pick on whether you want to work on your short game on the putting green, sit around the fire pit, take pictures in front of the tropical mural, or jump into the heated pool. There is a large dining table that fits up to 12, four chaise lounge chairs with side tables & LED umbrellas by the pool, a seating for up to 8, a BBQ grill, and a 12’ x 12’ adjustable umbrella to keep you cool on those hot Florida days.

If any of these rules are not followed, we will be forced to cancel your booking and charge you an additional fee. Any additional cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Caution should be used around the pool and you swim at your own risk. No Diving or Running around the pool. If you have children who can not swim, we do offer the option to include a child safety fence.

We have a strict NO PET POLICY. There will be a $500 fine for EACH pet if brought to the home. We will do our best to accommodate service animals, but please notify us before your stay so that we can prepare properly.

There will be a $1,000 fee for any smoking inside the house or on the patio. Guests are responsible for disposing of any cigarette butts, do not leave these around the property or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee equal to the original cleaning fee.

There will be a $1,000 fee for any parties + the cost of any damage or additional cleaning fees. We do allow small events on a case by case basis, at the owners discretion. It must be approved by the owner before check-in.

Any additional visitors at the property, that are not listed on the reservation, must be approved before hand. The maximum number of guests allowed at the property at one time is 12, unless approved by owner before check in. There is a $50 fee per guest per night if over this limit.

Five vehicles max and no parking on the lawn or street is allowed.

Minimum age to book is 21+, unless accompanied by an adult 25 or older who must also be staying at the property.

Please note there are security cameras on the property with video & audio surveillance; a Ring doorbell monitoring the front door, a Ring floodlight camera over the garage monitoring the driveway and front yard, and one Ring camera on each side of the house monitoring pool equipment and side-gate access. These are in place for security purposes. All other areas (the inside of the home, the backyard, pool, putting green, firepit, screened-in patio, and garage) are completely private to our guests.

There is a local tourist tax of 5% that will be added to the reservation required by the county.

Due to the unpredictable weather in Florida, we recommend that you add travel insurance when making your reservation, especially if your booking is during hurricane season (June, 1st – Nov, 30th). This will add peace of mind in case something should arise.
